Üstek Makina started production in 1978 in İzmir by the founder İsmet Üst whom transfers the knowlege and experience from one generation to other. in 1998 Ustek company general manager Murat Ust takes over the company after graduating as a mechanical engineer.Today We countinue our production on a total covered area of 2500m2 in Turgutlu Organized Industrial Zone.

Ustek has machining experience of different kinds of materials including alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys, plastics etc. and we can supply castings and forgings according to customer's request.

Üstek produces components by CNC lathes,CNC swiss type turning ,CNC vertical/horizantal milling ,CNC 5 Axis millling,CNC polygon turning,broaching,grinding,lapping and polishing processes .Ca %30 of Ustek's production is Automative Industry,furthermore hydrolic&water pump,machining and specific components and etc. are produced. Ustek produces varıious types of components with different sizes ,between 3mm-400mm, by making efficient use of its modern technology and equipment such as quality testing and high technology machining equipments.

Ustek is certified by internatioal standards TS EN- ISO 9001 : 2008 and 80 well educated and experienced employees are currently working in the company.Ustek is going to be certified by TS16949 ve AS9100 empowered with the process strength,quality systms and accumulated experience. Ustek has proven success in supplying good quality products with the best avaliable prices to the world markets,by means of highly efficient and dynamic production technologies in application.

Ca. % 60 of production capacity of Ustek company is going to many countries such as Germany,Belgium,United Kingdom,Sweden,Holland,İtaly,Iran and United States of America. Ustek has already proven the technological level and realibility it has reached, diagnostic components.
